Under this mansion, there are rooms allocated for guitar lessons, studio recordings, creation of musical assignments to various entertainment needs, and so much more. There is even a room designated to a popular parang group know as 'La Mansión'!
Currently, some these ‘rooms’ in the mansion are being co-managed and administered by staff, allowing each room to yield separate and positive results over the years.
